You have to run commmands as root (#).
Update packages list:

Install VNC and graphics interface files:

apt install xfce4 xfce4-goodies tightvncserver gnome-icon-theme-full tango-icon-theme

Run VNC Server:

vncserver

You will be asked to type 8 characters password.
When it's done, use VNC client to connect
